Privacy Policy

We believe in strict data minimization. Here is exactly what we store and why:

• Google Account Data: When you sign in, we receive your name, email, and Google ID. Your PII (personally identifiable information) is encrypted at rest using AES-GCM before being stored in our database.
• Feed Data: We store the URLs of the RSS feeds you subscribe to.
• Analytics: We do not track you across the web, nor do we sell your data to third-party data brokers.

Terms of Service

Grasp is a news aggregation service. We do not own the rights to the news articles processed by our platform. All content is generated by extracting factual statements from publicly available RSS feeds.

• Usage: You may not use our service to construct automated scraping bots or abuse our API endpoints. Rate limits are enforced on all accounts.
• AI Hallucinations: While we employ strict prompting to prevent the AI from generating false information, Large Language Models can occasionally hallucinate. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in the summarized facts.
• Subscriptions: Grasp Pro and Grasp Ultra subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
